The Unorganized Militia is defined in U.S. Code Title 10, Section 311 as consisting of every able-bodied man between 17 and 45 years of age, who is not a member of the National Guard or Naval Militia. The Unorganized Militia is the people - "You are already a member". Established in 1903 as a part of the Militia Act. Make sure to grab a pack of Unorganized Militia stickers too.
