The Unorganized Militia is defined in U.S. Code Title 10, Section 311 as consisting of every able-bodied man between 17 and 45 years of age, who is not a member of the National Guard or Naval Militia. The Unorganized Militia is the people - "Some assembly required". Established in 1903 as a part of the Militia Act. Make sure to grab an Unorganized Militia t-shirt with the same design on it; this is the original logo design that started it all.
